  • Friends Always

    Hi everyone....I need to apologise for not updating my blog for soooooooooooooooooooooooo long.I think it's been almost a year now...Well,the past few wekks havent been good.Something keeps troubling me.I have to admit,I made a mistake.A mistake that can never be re-written.I did something bad to a friend that trusted me.And now I feel that I have lost the few friends that I treasure so much.Though we still smile at each other and say hi in sch,I know things are different. We're definitely not as close as we used to be.The three of us used to be so fun and active, playing sports, watching movie,go yamcha. In short,we merely did everything toegther unless it was family or boyfriend/girlfriend time.Let me describe the first friend.

    She is a very sweet, caring mature friend.Always giving the right advice.Always hearing when someone needs to be heard.Always speaking up when something isn't right. She smiles at every person she sees. Not once have I seen her look fierce towards someone. When you look at her smiling at you,it just makes you feel so at peace with her.You just feel so comfortable being yourself in front of her.She always thinks carefully before saying something, always knowing the right words to use, never stingy with her money, always offers a ride if someone needs to go to the LRT station.Whenever i see a kenari on the road,I always try to see if it's you.But obviously it can't be,since you stay in puchong and I stay in kl.Well, you are one friend that I will always remember and cherish.I miss playing badminton with both of you.

    My second friend. She's young, fun to be with, always laughing at your jokes even if they're really lame, always voicing out her opinion on something that she believes is right, always willing to be led by other people, always willing to lead if needed to,always wanting to learn, always easily shows her interest towards a guy she has feelings for, always very calculative when it comes to petrol money or eating together(in a good way),always opens her house to friends who like to come over, always loves to travel(she's been to thailand, china, hong kong,u.s,etc),always gives you a sarcastic look if you say something stupid, but always ends up laughing at you so that you wont feel malu, always saving a seat for me in class(since i'm always late),always talks about her relationships to me,always willing to share her problems with me,always willing to lend me a shoulder to cry on.You were the closest female friend to me in sch.Whenever I see a tatoo,i will think back of you.

    You both are truly great friends.I know that maybe you have forgiven me,but till now i still cannot forgive myself.Which is why I don't dare to talk to both of you in sch.But its good enough that I can still see you both smile at me.Thanks.Friends Always.

  • Hospital experience

    Hahaha.Okay, let me apologise for my previous post.I didn't really know what to write. So ya,do forgive me. Anyway, I just wanna share my experience I had juz a few days back.Last tuesday night I received a call from my mum.I got news that my brother Thomson was admitted to hospital in Kedah for appendix.Well,it turns out that his case of appendix was more complicated because his appendix burst inside his body.So he went for an operation that night. My mum was of course really worried about him so I offered to take leave and go down to Kedah to take care of him for the next few days.So on tuesday night i went to puduraya, hoping to get a morning bus to Kedah the next day. Thankfully I managed to get it.It was a 11am bus on wednesday.

    Actually I wanted to go down on tuesday night itself, but I couldn't because I had to finish an assignment that night.Well,I didn't have much sleep....I finished my assignment and went to sleep around 4am.Then I woke up at 9am to prepare and pack my bag.So the journey began....it was a 5 hour journey to Sungai Petani, Kedah.

    Wow,entering the hospital actually sent chills up my body, probably because I haven't been to a hospital for a few years I think. And of course that eerie smell of anaesthetics kinda made me feel uneasy.Oh well,so I arrived at my brother's room,201.My first sight of him....was undescribable. He looked so weak and pale. But I just acted normal in front of him.So i settled down and asked him of his condition. He could talk, but very faintly. And he couldn't move much.Well,he could but very slowly because he felt very pain.So my stay at the white building filled with people who were sick and unwell started!

    One of the things I learnt was to handle the IV drip sensor machine.Because my brother had to go to the washroom often due to the drip,I had to unplug and plug back the machine,so that was something new I learnt.Guess where I slept for 5days and 4 nights? A chair.Hahaha, well it was a chair with some cushion, but certainly not suitable for sleeping. But I managed to cope.I didn't get much sleep either cause I had to bring my brother to the washroom on and off and my neck really hurt. But it was nothing,I could see that my brother was suffering much more than I am.Well, many friends came to visit him...his uni mates, church friends, doctors, pastor, and his CF friends.

    His pastor came everyday to see him and prayed for him. There was also a doctor named Dr Kevin who brought him chicken soup for him.It was really kind of him.Oh and fruits were piling up!!So many of his friends brought him fruits. But unfortunately he could'nt eat until d fifth day.He only drank water.I pity him, unable to eat anything..hehe.But on saturday he started on milo, bread and porridge. It was good to see him eat again, recovering and regaining his appetite.

    I also learnt another thing, its called sponging. My brother couldn't bath for afew days so he had to do sponging, which is something like cleaning up the body.So i helped him to wipe his body and change his clothes.Oh haha I didn't clean his private part though,I let him do that himself of course!Hahahaha.

    Life in the hospital was quite boring....I stayed in the hospital for the whole week. And the cafeteria closes so early,at 6pm.So my brother's friend had to buy me dinner. As for breakfast and lunch I ate at the cafeteria.I relied mostly on television and newspaper for entertainment.Hehe, luckily had astro.......AXN,disney channel and National Geographic.

    Oh I was really thankful that Yvonne called me though. At least I had a friend to talk to for awhile, since I didn't know most of my brother's friends. So on Sunday I left SP.My brother's friend Anna sent me to the bus stop.I'm really thankful for my brother's friends also, for buying me food and my bus ticket and for the blankets.Thank you!

    Well,it was really an experience I had,one that I wont ever forget.I was really happy that I could help my brother and take care of him when he wasn't feeling well.I hope all of you would do the same ya!Thanks for listening and don't be shy to drop some comments!!=)

  • Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time no see!

    Hey everyone! Its been a really really long long time since I updated my blog.I seem to be free now,so I'll just update.Hehe.Well, how is everyone?Hope you guys are doing well ya=).I'm still living my busy life as usual....seems like I may be quitting my job.Somehow I feel that its getting so bored and stressful, and somewhat not worth. So by mid november I should be quitting, unless I change my mind last minute.Hmmmmm, lee chong wei lost in macau open......which is sad.But our doubles pair did defend their title, beating the pair from chinese taipei. Oh yea, guess what!Liverpool came back to win 3-2!What do you say to that? Its becoming more and more clear that Liverpool are serious title contenders to this seasons BPL trophy! They seems to develop very good understanding among the players and play with much more interest and flare.PLayers like Torres and Gerrard have been in great form and with the likes of Keane and Xabi Alonso improving,it is no doubt that Liverpool will become a formidable force in the BPL and of course the UCL!

    I'll stop here for now...hehe.cya!!=)

  • Who' the centre of your life?

    Hey guys. Long time no see yea?Hehe. Well, the past two or three weeks have been somewhat undescribable. Work has been really tiring. So last week there was a bunch of vietnamese here to learn baking. They are a group sponsored by the RICH brand. This company sells whipping cream and many toher products. So the people who came were all bosses of their own bakery. So the pressure is there for sure.We have to teach them very profesionally and not make any mistakes.Surprisingly, they have no idea how to make bread or cake. They only specialise in cake decoration. So we had to teach them from scratch. Which is gud in a way. But their cake deco is GODLIKE.Yes!Thats how i describe it!They can produce a cake thats worth so much in just 3-4 minutes!N the way they do piping is just......my goodness, just BEYOND GODLIKE!They can pipe out dragons,puppies...u name it in less that 2 mins!!!!MY GOSH!!. Okay so u see,we have to teach them d whole day.9am-6pm.N our break is merely to rush a 5min lunch then continue work.So its really tiring.Wait, tiring has no meaning in my dictionary already.Im serious. After we teach them we stil hav to do baking, packing and lots n lots n lots n lots of cleaning!!Washing trays, equipments n so on.D worst part is these crappy vietnamese dont bother to wash the equipment they use.Crap la!!!!SO we hav no choice but to wash 4 them.So the whole week from sunday to sunday it was that way.N d worse part it was during my study week, which im suppose 2 b at home studying. So sadly i cudnt. Then on mon was exams...which is 2days ago. This whole week is exams. But left 1 paper la on fri.Tmr off.But i have to say, teaching the vietnamese was a worhtwhile experience. We learn alot of things la tats for sure.N we got 2 c for ourselves the expertise of vietnamese bakers. This is one experience that i wil remember always. But that whole week was truly exhausting n hectic.I was lucky i controlled my temper, honestly it wasnt easy. But i did wonder abt sumtin.Coz i havent gone 2 church for d past 3 weeks ald.N i act realised that whn i missed church,i tend 2 feel tat work is extremely tiring n crappy. So i dunno la but i feel weaker la.N thn recently one of the FCC members msged me asking y i dissapeared for a few weeks. So i told him tat i was reli exhausted n all. Then he did advice me.He said that God is the centre of our lives n he comes first in evrything.I admit that I haven't been doing that lately. So i will now try my best to get bak on trck.I hope you guys are learning something from this post.God bless all of u=)
